Tournament Applications

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Players must have a waiver on file to be listed on a roster.
  2. Click on the link below and follow the instructions to register a team.
    • Online processing:
      1. Select the Tournament Application Link below. You may need to create a SportsEngine Account.
      2. Fill out the requested information
      3. Enter card information for payment
      4. You should receive a confirmation email from SportsEngine
    • Mail in processing
      1. Select either the PDF or WORD document below
      2. Fill out the requested information
      3. Mail in the application AND a CHECK for payment. Westside information is on the application
      4. Westside VBC will do their best to send a confirmation email 
  3. Payment must accompany the application to be processed.
  4. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
  5. Priority for acceptance is determined by a first come-first-serve and conduct, which includes penalties, forfeits, and cooperation.
  6. Applications must have a minimum of 6 players. For coed and reverse-coed there must be 3 men and 3 women.
  7. The final assignment into levels or divisions will be determined by Westside Volleyball.
  8. There are no refunds after acceptance into the tournament.

LAST MINUTE & INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS:
No guarantee for last minute applications and subject to last minute cancellations due to space and division availability.  APPLICATION and CHECK needed to get priority and to be processed for the event. Incomplete applications will receive lower priority or may not be processed.
